Returns and Refunds

Most of our goodies arepersonalizedormade fresh to order, so refunds aren’t usually possible. That said, your happiness is top priority. If an item qualifies for a refund, we’ll make it happen—you’ll just cover return shipping.

Eligibility

(read me before you ship any returns)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Postmarked within 30 days of delivery

Important: Don’t send anything back without a return authorization—packages sent without approval won’t be accepted.

How To Start a Return

Email us at hooman@luckydooby.com (use your order # in the subject) within 30 days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and either:
• A return shipping label (we’ll deduct the label cost from your refund), or
• You can use your own trackable carrier

Exceptions/Non-refundable Items

Custom/personalized products (most of what we make) are final sale unless there’s a production issue. Keep in mind, our products go thru a thorough quality production inspection before shipping.

Damages and Issues

Open your package as soon as it arrives. If anything’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The fastest route is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted. Keep in mind, we need to approve this process first. Please do not send anything to us without our consent.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update.
Approved? We’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks can be slow—if it’s been 15 business days since approval and nothing’s posted, email hooman@luckydooby.com and we’ll see how we can assist you.

Final Note

We reiterate that as a made-to-order shop, we only accept returns for damaged items or incorrect orders. You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hooman@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a California address which we will disclose as needed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
