This Privacy Policy explains how Creative Jeannieus LLC, doing business as Lucky Dooby (“Lucky Dooby,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit luckydooby.com (the “Site”), purchase from us, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”).

• Order and transaction information, such as products purchased, personalization selections, payment status, fulfillment details, shipping information, returns, and customer-service history.

• Customer Content, such as pet photographs, pet names, text, design choices, uploaded images, and other materials you provide to personalize a product.

• Communications, such as messages, support requests, survey responses, reviews, comments, and other information you send to us.

• Marketing preferences, such as whether you have subscribed to or unsubscribed from email or SMS marketing.

• Site and device information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, network connection, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, searches, products viewed, cart activity, and interactions with the Site or our advertising.

• Information from service providers and partners, such as Shopify, payment processors, personalization platforms, fulfillment and shipping providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, customer-support tools, and review platforms.

Payment information is processed by our payment providers. We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

2. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect personal information:

• Directly from you when you place an order, upload Customer Content, create an account, subscribe to marketing, submit a review, or contact us.

• Automatically through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies when you use the Site.

4. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

When you submit a pet photograph, name, design selection, or other Customer Content, we use it to create, produce, fulfill, deliver, and support your personalized order.

Customer Content may be processed by service providers involved in personalization and fulfillment, including our e-commerce platform, product-customization technology, print and manufacturing partners, file-storage providers, and shipping providers. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

We do not use private Customer Content submitted solely for personalization in advertising, social media, or other promotional materials without separate permission from you. Public reviews, public posts, or content you separately authorize for promotional use are handled as described in the User-Generated Content section below.

Please avoid uploading photographs that contain sensitive personal information or images of people who have not consented to the submission.

5. COOKIES, PIXELS, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

• operate essential Site features and checkout;

• remember preferences and cart contents;

• understand traffic and Site performance;

• prevent fraud and improve security;

• measure marketing effectiveness; and

• provide or measure personalized advertising.

These technologies may collect device, browser, network, Site-activity, and advertising-interaction information. 6. MARKETING EMAIL

If you subscribe to our email list, we may send product news, offers, abandoned-cart reminders, and other Lucky Dooby marketing. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email. Transactional and customer-service messages relating to your orders are not marketing messages and may still be sent when necessary.

7. OPTIONAL SMS MARKETING

We do not send SMS marketing unless you separately choose to opt in. If SMS marketing is offered and you opt in, we may use your telephone number to send promotional messages, product updates, early-access notices, and abandoned-cart reminders.

Consent to SMS marketing is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may request assistance by replying HELP or contacting us at hooman@luckydooby.com.

We do not sell SMS opt-in information or share it with third parties for their own unrelated marketing. We may disclose your telephone number and SMS consent status to service providers that help us operate and deliver our messaging program, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, and vendors supporting message delivery and compliance.

10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Reviews, comments, photographs, or other content you choose to post publicly may be visible to others. We cannot control how third parties use information you make publicly available.

Private Customer Content uploaded solely to personalize an order is not treated as public user-generated content and will not be used for promotional purposes without separate permission.

11. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, security, or content. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at hooman@luckydooby.com so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.

13. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Customer Content used for personalization may be retained for fulfillment, support, reorders, recordkeeping, or dispute resolution and then deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably necessary.

15. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Lucky Dooby is based in California, United States. Our service providers and fulfillment partners may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

16. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
