Lint or Furry Hooman?

The brushed interior of the hoodies tends to shed.To reduce visible traces of lint on clothes, avoid wearing dark colors under light-colored clothes and vice versa.

Fresh Kicks, Doodle Smells

The shoes will have a glue-like smell when opening the box.Don't worry if your new shoes have a little "newness" scent—it's just part of the process!Give them a moment to air out, and soon your doodles will be all you can smell!

What If I Don't See My Fur Baby?

We are working on getting many different fur babies in our pack. Additionally, soon you'll be able to upload a pic of your fur baby.

What Makes A Good Photo?

Here Are Our Image Guidelines

  1. Snap a clear, well-lit photo of your pet in natural lighting, without filters.
  2. Take a close-up, head-on shot showing their ears, head, neck, and chest.
  3. Avoid blurry, overhead, or overly filtered photos. Photos of pets lying down will not work for illustrations.
  4. Use a clean white or at least solid background and floor.

Do You Send Proofs or Previews Before Customization?

To ensure your order arrives quickly, we don’t provide artwork previews or proofs.

But don’t worry—if your photo isn’t ideal for your chosen product, we’ll contact you for a new one.

What If I Need To Change My Order?

We’re happy to assist with order changes if you email hooman@luckydooby.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.

After 30 minutes, most changes, including address updates, cannot be made. Please note that some changes may delay shipping.

Can I Use More Than One Fur Baby?

Most of our designs include up to three pup cakes but if you happen to have more, email us at hooman@luckydooby.com and we will see what we can do.

Can my item be gift wrapped?

Not yet! We don’t have gift wrap or gift notes right now, but they’re on our roadmap.

How can I track my order?

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can see where your order is and when it’ll arrive.

If your address is correct and your order hasn’t arrived within our standard shipping times, email hooman@luckydooby.com with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.

Can I cancel my order?

Need to cancel? Email us ASAP at hooman@luckydooby.com with your order number.

If your product hasn’t entered production yet, we can usually cancel it. Once it’s with our (very speedy) production team, it’s too late to stop since every piece is made to order.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are custom or made-to-order, refunds areusually not available. But your joy is our priority—if your itemmeets our refund criteria, we’ll take care of it;return shipping is customer-paid.
