If your blanket hasn’t entered production yet, we can usually cancel it. Once it’s with our (very speedy) production team, it’s too late to stop since every piece is made to order.

Because our products are custom or made-to-order, refunds are usually not available. But your joy is our priority—if your item meets our refund criteria, we’ll take care of it; return shipping is customer-paid.

We work with trusted makers in a few locations. To keep quality high and delivery smooth, we route each order to the best partner for your item and address—so we can’t promise a specific ship-from location in advance. (Different products in the same order may ship separately.)

Made to order

All of our products are made to order. We finalize your design and send it to production within ~24 hours.

Shipping times

  Outside U.S. mainland: 10–30 business days (often sooner). Customs can add time—please allow up to 30 business days for international deliveries.
